Terms and Conditions RATES SUBJECT TO CHANGE The prices which are quoted are subject to change and may vary for events beyond our control, such as changes in taxes or exchange rate fluctuations. DAILY TARIFF Payment of the tariff entitles you to your own individual Gayatri villa, complimentary welcome drinks, breakfasts and afternoon teas, airport transfers and other services listed as inclusive in either the daily tariff or in the package you have purchased. All other food & beverage, telephones, faxes, massages and shop purchases etc. are not included. DEPOSIT Full payment is required to confirm a reservation for our minimum stay of two nights or for a three night stay or longer a deposit of 50% of total stay or package price is required, payable within 14 days of confirmation of reservation. On payment of this deposit you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation without notice if the deposit is not received within 14 days of the booking being made. BALANCE The balance of the billing (including transfer charges) is to be received by us at least 45 days prior to the first day of your stay with us. As our accommodation is limited, if we do not receive the balance by the due date, we may assume that you have cancelled your proposed stay with us. CANCELLATION Cancellations must be made and received by the Company IN WRITING either by email or fax. More than 40 days notice - Cancellations received more than 40 days prior to arrival do not incur a cancellation fee; 30-14 days notice - Cancellation fee will be forfeiture of whole deposit; Less than 14 days notice - 100% cancellation fee for every night cancelled. No Shows or days not used resulting from late arrival or premature departure - no refund will be given. Please note our recommendations regarding appropriate insurance protection. LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS In the event of a last minute booking made in Bali , payment method is to be prearranged with our Villa Manager, and full payment for the visit must be made on arrival. DAYS NOT USED No refund or credit will be given in whole or in part for days not used at Gayatri resulting from late arrival or premature departure. RESTRICTIONS Children under 6 years of age are not recommended, and no child under 12 years of age is permitted in Villa Amarta due to its close proximity to the Arung River Valley Escarpment . INSURANCE We strongly recommend that you take out a comprehensive travel insurance policy at the time of booking, to protect you and all those accompanying you for the full time of your visit against illness, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items, cancellation and other travel contingencies. RESPONSIBILITY Please be advised that we are not responsible for any loss of or damage to personal equipment and property during your stay with us, or during your participation in any of our activities. Please also be aware that for your safety you are to follow any directions which may be given to you whilst you are staying with us or participating in any of our activities. We will not accept responsibility for any injuries which occur during your stay with us or your participation in our activities. We will not accept responsibility for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience which may be caused directly or indirectly by events outside our control such as late arrival of International flights, civil disturbance, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of government, or the failure of any machinery or equipment. GOVERNING LAW These Terms and Conditions are covered in all respects by the Law of Indonesia and any legal action arising under the contract shall be litigated only in the appropriate Court having jurisdiction in that country. |
